• Salary: MVR 79,798.50
• Leave wage (upon completion of contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of all electrical equipment
• Routine maintenance of all electrical equipment, such as generators, motors, switchboards, automation, navigational equipment (when called for), cables and lighting fixtures
• Performing and recording of daily, weekly, monthly, 6 monthly and yearly routine and maintenance type work
• Maintaining and recording of spare parts stock.  Ordering of spares as necessary through the Chief Engineer
• He will be called upon for stand-by at any time as circumstances may require
• Tidiness and cleaning of electric workshop, battery rooms, converter room, battery room, etc.
• Where applicable, maintenance, repair and routine checking of cargo and stores cranes.  It is important to ensure proper functioning of cranes prior to arrival loading/discharging ports

Required Qualifications

• Valid Medical Certificate, Passport, CDC, COC, PSSR, EFA, PST, FPFF, PSCRB, AOT

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Valid Police Report
