Invitation for the Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)

1. Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) invites interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Development of Housing Units in Haa Dhaalu, Shaviyani, Laamu, Raa, Lhaviyani, and Seenu Atolls, in accordance with the requirements specified by the Employer.

2. Proponents shall register as a vendor prior to the EOI submission date stated below in clause 7 via the “Vendors” tab in the portal.

3. Interested parties are required to submit the following documents:

a) A Letter of Interest indicating their intent to participate.

b) The company’s Profile/Portfolio demonstrating relevant experience and capacity.

4. HDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to annul the EOI process at any stage prior to signing an agreement, without thereby incurring any liability to the proponents.

5. The EOI document(s) may be obtained from HDC’s bidding portal https://bids.hdc.mv.

6. The EOI shall be uploaded to the portal before the deadline specified in clause 7 of this section.
