Strategic Planning & Monitoring 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

  • Master’s in Business Management or relevant field (or)
  • Degree in Business Management or relevant field with minimum 1 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.

OVERALL SCOPE

Responsible to ensure that an organization's products, services, and internal processes consistently meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements and ISO 9001 :2015 standards.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Ensure process effectiveness and compliance, preparing the organization for both internal and external quality audits.
  • Manage the master document register and all controlled documentation (policies, procedures, forms) to ensure accuracy, proper version control, and accessibility.
  • Review QMS documents to ensure they align with ISO 9001 requirements, accurate reflection of current organizational processes, and are fit for purpose.
  • Manage the transfer, renaming, and archiving of documentation resulting from organizational changes to prevent the use of obsolete information.
  • Assist process owners across all departments in defining, mapping, documenting, and continuously improving their processes to deliver intended outputs and meet QMS requirements.
  • Verify the clear assignment and communication of roles, responsibilities, and authorities within processes, ensuring alignment with approved departmental mandates
  • Conduct corrective analysis to implement non-conformities identifies from internal and external audit.
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on the implementation of corrective action plans stemming from internal audits, surveillance audits, and management reviews.
  • Act as a focal to all departments, supporting them in effectively addressing and closing out NCs and audit observations.
  • Prepare comprehensive input and reports for the Management Review Meetings (MRM), detailing the status of audit results, corrective actions, process performance, and QMS changes.
  • Facilitate MRM sessions to ensure top management has the necessary information to review the QMS's suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
  • Conduct targeted training sessions to raise employee awareness of QMS requirements, process changes, and their individual roles

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proper understanding of project and process management, ensuring efficient execution to improvement of workflow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dhivehi.                                          

SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary of MVR 21,500.00.
