This is to inform all prospective bidders that the following changes have been brought to the Terms of Reference (TOR) Document and as such, all references made to it in the Tender Document shall also be read the same;

The Financial Score and Total Score Table (Page 32) has been deleted from the TOR and gazetted with this Addendum as the TOR has a fixed cost of work and the financial cannot be evaluated through the price. |
