Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) is seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join Hanimaadhoo International Airport Operations. The successful candidates will provide exceptional service and ensure a welcoming environment in our VIP, CIP, and Business lounges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist VIP, CIP, and Business lounge guests, ensuring a high standard of service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all lounge areas.
• Monitor lounge facilities, including refreshments, seating, and equipment, ensuring everything is fully stocked and functional.
• Respond promptly to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Coordinate with airport operations and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Assist in managing lounge access, bookings, and special arrangements for VIP and CIP guests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the lounge areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completed O’ Levels with 3 passes
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or lounge operations is preferred.
