Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join Hanimaadhoo International Airport Operations. The successful candidates will support airport operations by assisting passengers, ensuring a safe, smooth, and welcoming travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers with professionalism and a warm approach.
• Check-in passengers, manage seat assignments, and ensure safe travel.
• Handle passenger baggage according to safety and security standards.
• Verify travel documents using TIMATIC and process API as required.
• Coordinate with other units, airlines, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Guide passengers during arrivals, departures, and transit formalities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• GCE O’ Level with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in frontline customer service is preferred.
• Ground handling experience is an advantage.
