MANAGING AIRPORT INSURANCE - 2016
The Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) invites sealed bids from internationally reputed insurance brokers with experience in managing airport insurance to submit insurance proposals in respect of property damage / business interruption, airport liability insurance and Terrorism Insurance for Ibrahim Nasir International Airport.
Interested eligible bidders shall Register in the bidding by an expression of interest by post, fax or email ([email protected]) on or before 1430hrs of 05th November 2015, Thursday. A complete set of bidding documents in English will be distributed to all registered firms by email.
A Pre-bid Meeting will be held on 12th November 2015, Thursday at 1130hrs for bidders who choose to attend. Clarification in writing may be sent until 15th November 2015, Sunday, 1430hrs by fax or e-mail ([email protected]), which will be responded and distributed to all registered firms.
Bids in compliance with the details and requirements stated in the bid document shall be sealed in an envelope and marked “MANAGING AIRPORT INSURANCE - 2016” and delivered or sent by courier to the address below at or before 1130hrs on 26th November 2015, Thursday Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 1130hrs on 26th November 2015, Thursday.
