MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• A’Level 3 passes (or)
• O’Level 5 passes (Including English & Dhivehi)
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in relevant fields

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for allocating land and properties, enforcing related agreements in coordination with other departments, and maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of all property holdings.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Attend to all incoming and outgoing correspondence / queries related to the section, ensuring timely updating and maintenance of records and tracking systems.
• Assist in monitoring portfolio property performance and prepare timely reports.
• Assist in annual asset planning process including preparation and reviewing of property budgets.
• Assist in preparing asset management plans and strategies for portfolio properties
• Assist in property acquisition/formulation and disposition process.
• Assist in due diligence process, including but not limited to review of financial statements and
business operational models.
• Facilitate assigned tasks related to property leasing and agreements.
• Conduct periodic market research and property condition surveys to support valuation, benchmarking, and strategic planning efforts.
• Liaise with other departments in carrying out works relevant to the section.
• Take accurate minutes of meetings, prepare related documentation, and follow up on action items as needed.
• File and maintain all relevant documents properly in a timely manner.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Familiar with Microsoft office package and accounting software.
• Good organization and management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should have strong interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external parties.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills.
• Should be able work as an individual and as a flexible team player.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 13,000.00
