INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Government of the Republic of Maldives through the Ministry of Tourism and Environment as the lead Executing agency, of the project ‘Conservation of Atoll Ecosystems through an effectively managed NATional protected area Estate (CATENATE)’ intends to procure a Dinghy to conduct surveillance and monitoring activities in Sh. Farukolhu Protected Area. The ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.
A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Tourism and Environment’s website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.
Bid Security
The bidder shall furnish a bid security of MVR 5,500 (Five Thousand Five Hundred Maldivian Rufiyaa) for the project. The bid security shall be valid for 120 days from the date of the bid opening.
Bid Validity and Bid Opening
Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 30th October 2025. Late bids will be rejected.
The bids will be opened at 10:05AM on 30th October 2025 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
