Position Type: Permanent (Initial contract shall be for a period of 1 (one) year. The contract shall be renewed as permanent based on performance upon successful completion of one year.)

REQUIREMENTS

• GCE A’ Level (2 passes, grade C & above) or Diploma in Accounting & Finance or Business Administration
• Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year work experience will be an added advantage
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Pleasant personality

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works related to Facultative reinsurance placement
• Preparing monthly and quarterly treaty statements
• Preparing and communication of Reinsurance closings
• Preparing Memorandums and communicating to Accounts & Finance Department for payment
• Preparing and communication of loss advises to reinsurers
• Maintaining RI register in a timely manner
• Other work related to Reinsurance
• Overtake any tasks relating to the department in the absence of the other employee(s)
• Expected to adhere to existing Company policies and procedures, to ensure performance standards are maintained through the organization
• Participate, assist and accomplish Department’s other work if requested by immediate Supervisor and /or HOD or Executive Management
