The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (“MoTE”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Resort under Halal Tourism Model in the islands on the list below.

Hence, interested parties may attend the information sessions that will be held virtually at 1000hrs (Local Time) Monday, 27^th October 2025 and 1000hrs (Local Time) Monday, 10^th November 2025.

Interested parties may submit proposals as follows:

To join the information sessions, kindly send an email requesting to join the information session along with your name, email address and phone number to [email protected] before 1200hrs on 26^th October 2025 and 09^th November 2025 respectively.

The application form to purchase the Bid Document can be obtained from the Ministry’s website (www.tourism.gov.mv).  The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 05^th October 2025 up to the 04^th December 2025, between 0900hrs to 1300hrs, excluding government holidays, at Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Velaanage 5^th Floor) reception.
