Responsibilities
|
- Attend aircraft and domestic incidents, performing rescue and firefighting operations.
- Respond promptly to all fires and emergencies, ensuring swift and effective action..
- Provide specialized services including fuel spill washdowns, fire escorts, hot work standby, fueling standby, and hazardous cargo standby.
- Participate in drills, lectures, fire exercises, and physical training to maintain readiness.
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of the fire station and firefighting equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Inspect, test, and report on fire safety equipment under ARFF jurisdiction.
- Check all items and equipment carried on ARFF fire vehicles/vessels, ensuring their serviceability.
- Perform watch room duties, maintaining vigilance and readiness.
- Maintain a state of alertness, ready to always respond to emergencies.
- Familiarize with and follow ARFF Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent and effective operations.
- Must be medically and physically fit as per ARFF Medical/physical Requirement.

Responsibilities
|
- Responsible for collecting, sorting, and checking luggage against flight lists to ensure that the right items go on the right aircraft.
- Transfer luggage from check-in areas to departure areas.
- Move luggage to and from the aircraft and load inbound luggage onto conveyors in the arrivals area.
- Transport goods, equipment, employees, and—during adverse weather—passengers between terminal and aircraft.
- Empty all dustbins allocated to different areas of the airport daily.
- Clean and maintain vehicle, drive / operate according to transport regulations of Maldives.
- Perform grass cutting and ground maintenance in runway and surrounding airport areas.
- Conduct daily checks on vehicle lubricant levels and overall condition.
