Maldives
The following amendment is made to the Bidding Document for the Lease, Development, Operation and Management of Tourist Resorts pursuant to the Invitation for Bids (IFB) number (IUL)88-PS/88/2025/472 dated 11th September 2025 and Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
- Correction of the typographical error in Item 4 of the Evaluation Criteria
- Amendment of the date for the Information Session
- Amendment of the date for the purchase of bidding documents
- Amendment of the deadline for bid submission
Hence, the following Clauses of the IFB & ITB are to be amended as below
a) Clause 7 of the IFB and 22.3 of the ITB:
The Ministry shall evaluate and compare Substantially Responsive Bids and the Highest Bidder shall be selected based on the below criteria for the Plot of Lagoon.

b) Clause 11 of the IFB:
Interested parties may obtain further information and purchase the Bidding Documents from 14th September 2025 up to the 19th November 2025, between 09:00hrs to 13:00 hrs, at the following address or via email to [email protected].

c) Clause 19 of the IFB:
Pre-bid meetings to provide information for interested parties shall be held virtually through TEAMS, as follows:
- Session 1 - 13:00 hrs (Local Time) Sunday, 28th September 2025
- Session 2 - 13:00 hrs (Local Time) Tuesday, 21st October 2025
Those who wish to participate must email to [email protected] expressing the interest with name, email address and phone number, before 1200hrs on 25th September 2025 and 20th October 2025 respectively.
d) Clause 20 of the IFB:
Bids are to be delivered on or before 1300hrs on Thursday, 20th November 2025, to the address in IFB Clause 11 or any other venue that the Ministry may announce.
