OFFICER – HUMAN RESOURCES

Position Type: Permanent (Initial contract shall be for a period of 1 (one) year. The contract shall be renewed as permanent based on performance upon successful completion of one year.)

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent verbal & communication skills in English & Dhivehi
  • Excellent inter-personal and ability to work in a team environment
  • Pleasant personality

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and conduct recruitment and induction processes as per the set procedure.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements.
  • Maintain and update employment contracts for regular and contract employees.
  • Handle recruitment processes and permit renewals for foreign employees.
  • Assist in other departmental tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
