The Secretariat of Rathafandhoo Council (“hereinafter referred to as the “Council”) invites eligible investors (local or foreign) to register their interest within 10 (ten) days by submitting a letter to express their interest in design, development, operation, and Management of Agricultural and Poultry Farmland in G dh. Rathafandhoo Agricultural Land Zone (hereinafter referred to as the “Land Plot”).

1. Letter of interest indicating:

Details of the individual or company, or consortium, including individual or company profile, including Name, title, address, email address, and telephone number.

1. The requesting individual or company must agree to pay the lease acquisition cost (LAC).

Date of Closure for Receipt of Expression of Interest:

1. The Date of Closure for submission of EOI is 25^th August 2025, at 1300 hours.

Information session for interested EOI Parties

Hence, interested parties are invited to attend an online information session organized by the Secretariat of Rathafandhoo Council, South Huvadhoo Atoll, Republic of Maldives, on 26^th August 2025, at 10:30 hours.

Evaluation Process

Upon receipt of the expression of interest, a preliminary evaluation based on the background and capacity of the parties will be conducted by the Secretariat of Rathafandhoo Council. If the Secretariat of Rathafandhoo Council decides to proceed with the design, development, operation, and management of the Agricultural and Poultry farmland with the nominated EOI proponents, the opportunity to submit the proposals (bid application) shall be issued.

The Bid Documents can be obtained from the Secretariat of Rathafandhoo Council. The Bid Documents will be available to purchase from 27^th August – 3^rd September 2025, at 11:30 hours.
