REQUIREMENTS

• Advance Diploma in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or relevant field
• Ability to manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other major platforms
• Understanding of social media trends, influencer collaborations, and community engagement
• strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dhivehi
• Strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to thrive in a team environment
• A creative or technical skill set including design software, photography, or content production will be considered an added advantage 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage engaging content strategies across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
• Act as the face and voice of the brand online, actively interacting with followers and fostering a strong digital community
• Create, publish, and manage multimedia content (including short videos and graphics) in line with brand guidelines and marketing goals
• Collaborate with influencers, vendors, and internal teams to support marketing campaigns, events, and paid promotions
• Monitor and analyze content performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns
