INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Tourism and Environment (MTE) has received financing from Global Environmental Facility (GEF) for the project Enhancing National Development through Environmentally Resilient Islands (ENDhERI), and intends to utilize part of this proceeds to develop a nomination dossier for the designation of Laamu Atoll as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Tourism and Environment’s website www.environment.gov.mv  for downloading.  It is also attached with this advertisement.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 19^th August 2025. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 11:05AM on 19^th August 2025 inthe presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
