Wage Employment

• Teach appropriate fundamental Table Tennis skills, including grip, stance, footwork, strokes, and game strategies.
• Emphasize values such as fun, skill development, fair play, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout all sessions.
• Be punctual and conduct all training programs with professionalism and discipline.
• Conduct skills and technique assessments every 3 months to monitor player progress.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment before each training session or match.
• Dedicate a minimum of 40 hours and a maximum of 80 hours per month to coaching activities.
• Develop individualized training plans tailored to each player's needs and abilities to support continuous improvement and growth.
