The Ministry of Education has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Maldives: Atoll Education Development Project (AEDP) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract  for the Firm to “Emergency Preparedness & Response Awareness Video Production – 4 Video Clips”.

Selection of Bidders:

Bidding will be conducted as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Bidder Registration:

Interested vendors are required to register via the Bid Registration Form Link: forms.moe.gov.mv, on or before 12th July 2025, by 1200 Hours. Only registered bidders are eligible to submit the bid.

Interested vendors may obtain further information by emailing [email protected] before 15^th July 2025 by 1200 Hours.

Quotation Submission:

Interested parties must submit their sealed quotations to the address below on 16^th July 2025, 1100 Hours Maldives Time, where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late submissions will be rejected.
