ANNOUNCEMENT

The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (“MOTE”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Hotel on the 71,832 (Seventy One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Two) Square Metre plot of land in Baarah, Haa Alifu Atoll, Republic of Maldives.

Hence, interested parties may attend the information session that will be held virtually via ZOOM at 1000 HRS on 08^th July 2025 (Tuesday) and submit proposals at 1000 HRS on 20^th August 2025 (Wednesday).   

To join the information session, kindly send an email along with your name, email address and phone number to [email protected] before 1200 HRS on 07^th July 2025 (Monday).  

The application form to purchase the Bid Document can be obtained from the Ministry’s website (www.tourism.gov.mv).  The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 29^th June 2025 till 19^th August 2025 (With the exception of government holidays), between 0900 HRS – 1300 HRS, from the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Velaanage 5^th Floor) reception, or via email.
