ANNOUCEMENT 2: Design and Development of an Accommodation Block at K. Thilafushi

Announcement Number: WAMCO-PRO/IUL/2025/077

As there was not an adequate number of responses to the previous announcement WAMCO-PRO/IUL/2025/073 dated 19th June 2025, we hereby cancel the aforementioned announcement and re-invite interested and eligible parties to submit proposals for the Design and Development of a Staff Accommodation Block at K. Thilafushi under a Design and Build model.

The project involves full financing, design, and construction of the facility. A designated portion of the completed building will be allocated for WAMCO’s use from the outset, while the remaining portion may be utilized by the proposing party for a specified period of years. Upon conclusion of this agreed period, full usage of the entire facility shall vest with WAMCO.

Information Session	02^nd July 2025 (Wednesday) 11:00AM	Venue: Waste Management Corporation Limited Saafu Raajje Building, 1st Floor – Meeting Room Boduthakurufaanu Magu, Industrial Village, Malé, Maldives *Note:* Only parties who have completed the registration process by the specified deadline will be eligible to attend the Information Session.
Submission of Enquiries	09^th July 2025 (Wednesday) 15:00Hrs Submit written enquiries via email: [email protected]	No enquiries will be attended after the submission deadline.
Response to Enquiries	10^th July 2025 (Thursday) 11:00 AM - Submission of written responses via email: [email protected]	No additional clarifications will be provided after the enquiry response deadline. *Note:Only parties who have registered by the deadline and** attended the Information Session will receive responses to their enquiries.*
Proposal Submission	14th July 2025 (Monday), 11:00AM	Bids must be submitted to the following address: Waste Management Corporation Limited Saafu Raajje Building, 1st Floor – Meeting Room Boduthakurufaanu Magu, Industrial Village, Malé, Maldives Submission Requirements: The bid must include the documents mentioned in TOR. All the pages submitted with the proposal shall be stamped /signed and bound together. Loose pages will not be accepted. Note: Bids received electronically will not be accepted

Note: Late submissions will not be accepted, and only registered participants will be eligible to attend the information session and submit proposals for this bid.
