Procurement of T.Shirts and Overall Suits.

Fenaka Corporation Limited requests quotation from interested and eligible companies to supply T-shirt as per the Information Sheet attached.

All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of 15% of the total amount of its equivalent.

• Bid security should be:

-          Original bank guarantee letter (or)

-          Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)

-          An insurance policy from an insurance company registered at Maldives Monetary Authority.

• Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
• Bid security should be valid for 20 (twenty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
• The bid should be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of bid opening.

A confirmation email shall be sent upon registration to the respective email. Bids shall be opened on 06^th July 2025 at 1100hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.
