Request for proposal for the purchase of Landing Craft

Maldives Ports Limited invites bids from both local and international companies with experience in providing high-quality tugboats to supply a Landing Craft for our operations. Interested parties with relevant expertise in the industry are encouraged to participate in this tender.

Tender Details:

• Scope of Work: The successful bidder will be required to supply a Landing Craft as per the specifications provided by Maldives Ports Limited. This includes meeting the required technical, operational, and delivery conditions for the Landing Craft.

Registration and Bid Submission:

1. Registration:
• Bidders must register for the bid through the link: https://forms.office.com/r/sysHcL6NHD before: 13:00 GMT on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
2. Pre-Bid Meeting:

• Bidders must attend information session held at 13:00 GMT on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

(Suppliers who are not registered for the bid will not be allowed to attend the pre-bid meeting.)

(All registered suppliers must attend the pre-bid meeting.)

3. Bid Submission
• Submission Date: July 17, 2025
• Submission Time: 13:00 GMT +5
• Venue: Maldives Ports Limited, Port Building, Boduthakurufaanu Magu, Male.
• All required documents and submissions must be in English.

(Submission of bids is not allowed for suppliers who did not attend the pre-bid meeting)

4. Bid Validity:
• Bid Validity: 120 Days

5. Bid Security:

•  The Bidder shall furnish a bid security of 5% of bid value for the project.
• The Bid security shall be valid for 148 days from the date of bid opening.
• Any bid not secured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Bidding documents will be rejected as non-responsive.
