MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Masters in Information Technology or a relevant field with minimum 6 year of experience in relevant field including 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role overseeing IT function. (or)
• Degree in Information Technology or a relevant field with minimum 7 year of experience in relevant field including 4 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role overseeing IT function.
• Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for overseeing and managing all IT-related operations, including network & infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT support & services, software development, and network operations center (NOC), ensuring seamless IT services, maintaining security standards, and optimizing IT resources to support business needs.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of physical and virtual IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage systems, and disaster recovery sites.
• Design, implement and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance network infrastructure, ensuring minimize downtime and uninterrupted services for employees and external stakeholders.
• Ensure data center operations run smoothly, monitoring uptime, performance, and resource utilization while planning for future scalability.
• Ensure network security protocols and routine backup mechanisms are implemented to protect data in transit and prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement proactive measures to mitigate cyber and any other threats.
• Enforce data protection policies, including encryption, access control, multi-factor authentication, and endpoint security solutions to safeguard sensitive company information.
• Develop and execute incident response plans, ensuring rapid recovery and minimal impact from security breaches, ransomware attacks, or data leaks.
• Manage third-party security risks, ensuring vendors and service providers comply with security standards and data protection policies.
• Lead IT helpdesk operations, ensuring efficient management of technical support requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high service quality.
• Oversee user account management, access control, and authentication protocols, ensuring proper security and compliance.
• Maintain a detailed IT asset inventory, tracking hardware, software licenses, and system configurations to optimize resource allocation.
• Manage IT supplies, including peripherals, accessories, and spare parts, ensuring availability and minimizing downtime due to hardware failures.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems, ensuring reliable security monitoring, data retention, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Oversee and direct the development team in the design, development, and maintenance of business applications, ensuring software meets security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define software and ERP requirements, ensuring effective project management and timely delivery.
• Manage and monitor the deployment and maintenance of the Open Access Network, ensuring optimal performance, and rapid fault rectification.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent network disruptions, cyber threats, and performance issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Supervise the management of IoT platforms and smart solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and system optimization.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted services and IT infrastructure support.
• Ensure IT related policies, procedures and SOP's are in effect and up-to-date.
• Ensure purchased technological equipment’s and software’s are efficient and cost effective.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management.
• Through understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company’s goals.
• Knowledge of analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
• Expertise in managing and optimizing enterprise-level physical and virtual servers to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Proficient in designing and maintaining secure, high-performance networks using industry-standard protocols and equipment.
• Experience in managing IT support operations aligned with ITIL best practices for efficient service delivery.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and capability to perform risk assessments and implement threat mitigation strategies.
• Knowledgeable in configuring and maintaining surveillance systems in compliance with data privacy standards.
• Able to lead software development teams to deliver secure and scalable business applications.

SALARY PACKAGE
Negotiable based on education qualification and experience.
