Salary Breakdown

- Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as filing, document management, and data entry.
- Processing Travel Requests: Handle incoming travel requests, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
- Booking Travel Arrangements: Coordinate logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Generating Purchase Orders & Approvals: Book tickets, generate purchase orders (POs), and obtain necessary approvals for travel-related expenses.
- Itinerary Management: Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed and updated.
- Invoice Handling: Forward travel-related invoices to the Accounts and Finance Department for processing.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and record travel-related expenses, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other events, including logistics and venue arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for travel inquiries and other administrative needs.
- Document Preparation: Prepare travel-related documents such as visas, itineraries, and travel insurance.
- Travel Policy Adherence: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and guidelines.
- Accommodation & Food Arrangements: Organize accommodation and food for travelers, including arrangements for staff residing in company accommodation.
- Traveler Documentation: Compile and complete traveler declarations for staff members traveling, if required, ensure compliance with company policies.
- Creating Reimbursement & Allowance Memos: Prepare memos for reimbursement, local allowance, and international allowance.
- Food Memo Generation: Generate food memos for staff members residing in Head Office accommodation.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for travel-related inquiries and assist with general administrative tasks.
