MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• Degree in a relevant field with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.

OVERALL SCOPE

Supervise, manage, and instruct the project team while monitoring progress, maintaining quality, and coordinating with relevant personnel to carry out the necessary day to day work.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Supervise project teams and trach the progress, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to timelines.
• Provide technical input during project initiation stage, review structural designs, and recommending design changes where necessary.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality and compliance with approved plans and regulations.
• Maintain daily logs, progress charts, and weather records for accurate project documentation.
• Carry out milestone-based inspections and prepared technical reports and committee/board papers when required.
• Manage contracts, ensuring developers meet all the contractual deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Assist in negotiations, inspections, and approval processes related to the assigned projects.
• Evaluate and approve construction materials as required.
• Maintain and ensure all records related to the work or project is documented.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to manage and instruct the construction crew and other team members.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Should possess project management and planning skills.
• Should be able to priorities tasks and manage one's own time effectively              
• Proactive, highly motivated and flexible.
• Should be familiar with relevant software such as Microsoft Office package and AutoCAD.

SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary of MVR 21,000.00 to 25,000.00 based on educational qualification and experience.
