Maldives Transport and Contracting Company Plc (MTCC) invites interested and qualified parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for an authorized dealership agreement for Marine Gensets, Marine Safety Equipment, Refrigerated Seawater System, Marine Navigation & Communication Equipment, Marine & Land Batteries and Marine Steering Systems. Suppliers may submit EOIs for one or more of these categories.

MTCC seeks to become an authorized distributor of these products in the Maldives, ensuring exclusive or preferred dealership rights and direct access to the required supply through purchase orders.

1. 1.      Scope of Dealership

The selected supplier will:

• Grant MTCC authorized dealership rights within the Maldives.
• Ensure a continuous supply of products and spare parts.
• Conduct necessary product training for MTCC personnel.
• Provide after-sales support, technical assistance, and warranty services.
• Maintain compliance with international marine safety and performance standards.

1. 2.      Eligibility of EOI

The applicants should meet the minimum requirements below.

• Supplier must be the manufacturer or must have manufacturing control of the products that are being proposed.

1. 3.      Documents to be submitted with EOI.

The following documents should be submitted for the EOI to be responsive for invitation to the bid

1. EOI Expression Letter / Email (indicating interest in granting MTCC authorized dealership rights).
2. Company Profile (including registration details and relevant certifications).
3. Proof of documentation stating that the party is the manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
