The Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology hereby announces an extension to the deadline for submitting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the investment and development of both the Prison Complex and Hope Island at K. Uthuru Thilafalhu, Malé Atoll, due to the limited number of submissions received to date.
Submission Instructions:
Interested firms are invited to submit their EOIs to the address below or via email to [email protected]. All EOIs must be received no later than 18th May 2025, 14:00.

An information session will be organized for all parties who submit an EOI. This session will provide further details on lagoon/island availability, project scope, and other relevant information. Only firms that submit an EOI will be invited to attend this session.
Please note that firms that have already submitted their EOIs are not required to resubmit.
