1. Addu International Airport Pvt Ltd, which operates Gan International Airport, invites interested suppliers to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of Aviation Fuel (Jet A-1) to Gan International Airport for a period of 06 (Six) Months.
2. Interested parties shall register to participate in the tender process as follows before 11:00 hrs on 07th May 2025 by submitting an e-mail to [email protected]the following information
   1. Name , Address  and registration number  of the Bidder
   2. Name, email address and contact number of the Contact Person
   3. Details of the bid (bid reference number)
3. A complete set of the bidding documents in electronic format will be made available to the registered bidders upon the deadline for registration. Only registered Bidders can participate in the Bid process and the Bid document is not transferable.
4. The Proponents shall furnish a Bid Security of MVR250,000/- or equivalent in USD which shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Proposals.
5. Proposals shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of submission of proposals. Proposals should be submitted on or before 14:00 hrs on  by 15th May 2025.
6. The winning bidder shall deliver the first shipment of Aviation Fuel (Jet A-1) before the end of May 2025.
7. All inquiries and responses related to registration must be submitted in writing and addressed to the contact information specified below before 11:00hrs on 12th May 2025.
