Accounts and Finance Officer (Full Time)

Job Title:

Salary:

• O’Level / Diploma in Accounting related field.

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Accounting

   software (Tally & Quick Book added Advantage)

• Able to multitask and work long hours when required.

• Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in Related Field

Educational Qualification:

• Enter financial data into accounting systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and reconciling records and bank accounts.
• Ensure accounting records are updated on a regular basis.
• Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Assist finance manager in the preparation of the budget by providing relevant financial data and insights.
• Maintain accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
• Prepare documentation for audit and support audit processes as needed.
• Resolve accounting issues and discrepancies promptly and effectively.
• Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Finance Manager / Financial Controller.
