INVITATION FOR BIDS – 2ND ANNOUNCEMENT
The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Tourism and Environment has received financing from United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and intends to apply portion of the financing for eligible payments under the contract under the contract for the project “ Technical Assistance: Additional activities to maintain energy efficiency for the servicing sector under decision 89/6(b) “. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project. This is the second round of bidding, as no proposals were received in the first round (Iulaan no: (IUL)88-ED/88/2025/35).
A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Tourism and Environment’s website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.
Bid Validity and Bid Opening
Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 21st April 2025. Late bids will be rejected.
The bids will be opened at 11:05AM on 21st April 2025 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
