Regarding Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the Lease of Lands in Addu City for the Development and Operation of Tourist Guesthouses, City Hotels.

The Addu City Council (the “Council”) hereby announces the Second Amendment to Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) and Information to Bidders (the “ITB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Tourist Guesthouses and City Hotels in Addu City.

12. Bid Submission and Bid Opening
12.1 Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the bid opening event (specified in the table below), at the Conference Hall of the Secretariat of the Addu City Council, Addu City or at any other venue that the Council may announce.
