HIRING A PARTY FOR RENOVATION WORKS OF SECURITY HUT AT K.FUNADHOO
State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer registered parties in Maldives, the opportunity to submit proposals for hiring a party for renovation works of security hut at K.Funadhoo.

1.2 Tilling Works
1.3 Putty & Painting works
1.4 Demolition works
1.5 Ceiling works
1.6 Metal & Timber works
1.7 Flooring works
1.8 Doors, Windows & Partition works
1.9 Electrical works
1.10 Furniture Fabrication works
2. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to:
2.1 The applicant must provide evidence of completing at least one similar project valued at MVR 500,000 or above within the past five years.
2.2 The applicant must not be a Blacklisted / Default/ Legal Customer of State Trading Organization Plc. or any subsidiaries of State Trading Organization Plc.
2.3 The applicant must not be blacklisted or debarred by the Ministry of Finance and must not have any unresolved issues with the Ministry of Economic Development or MIRA.
3. Eligibility of the proponent will be validated by:
3.1 Reference letter/work completion certificates or any documentation in the name of Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity) which proves bidders’ engagement in the proposed similar nature of related to the scopes of this project.
4. Required documents for registration:
4.1 Company certificates (Business registration certificate, Memorandumof association (If applicable), Articles of association (If applicable), Business information sheet, Bank details, Identity card of business shareholders / Owner, MIRA TAX clearance report and MIRA registration certificate).
4.2 Work completion letters / Reference letters with attached Project data sheet.
5. Tendering Process
Registration & bid document: Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the company certificates and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria.
Deadline for registration: 07th April 2025, 11:00hrs
ONLY Eligible Tenderers can participate in the tender.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English will be sent via email only to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender.
