ADDENDUM TO INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

PURCHASING FUEL BARGES

Notice to all the bidders

The Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) Announcement number 60-PRO/2025/59 is modified as set forth in this Addendum. The original EOI documents and any previously issued addenda remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the EOI.

 2.     Criteria for shortlisting applications.

1. Applicants shall be shipbrokers, shipowners, or should have experience or involvement in the purchase and sale of barges/tugs/landing crafts.

 3.     Submission of EOI.

1. Applications for this EOI will only be accepted from individual companies, not joint ventures.
2. The EOI shall be type written and signed by the applicant or a person or persons, duly authorized by the applicant to submit the proposal.
3. The applicant shall submit their EOI via email to [email protected] clearly subjected “Purchase of Fuel Barges”
4. Deadline for submission is 6^th March 2025, 1600hrs, Maldives Time.
5. STO may, at its discretion, extend this deadline for the submission of the EOI, in which case all rights and obligations of STO and applicants previously subject to the deadline will thereafter be subject to the deadline as extended.
6. Any EOI received by STO after the deadline for submission of EOI will be rejected.
7. The applicant may withdraw its EOI after submission, provided that written notice of the withdrawal is received by STO prior to the deadline for submission. No EOI may be modified after passing of the deadline for submission of EOI.
