REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
(Project Number: TES/2025/C-001)
1. Ministry of Finance and Planning on behalf of Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure invites interested firms to submit their expressions of interest in providing Consultancy Services for conducting Survey, Design Development and preparation of Technical Specification, including Tender Document for the proposed Hithadhoo-Hulhumeedhoo link project in Addu City, Maldives.
2. Interested firms must provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform the services (background of the proponent’s technical expertise, description of any similar assignments undertaken, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, value of those services etc.)
3. The Employer will prepare a short list of firms based on the Expression of Interest (EOI)’s and detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released to the shortlisted parties.
4. A more detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project will be available on the Ministry’s website www.finance.gov.mv from 3rd March 2025. Interested firms may obtain further information by writing to the address below. It is the bidder’s responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to this Project.
5. Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail, or by e-mail) by 1300 hours (Local Time) on 24th March 2025.
