Maldives Transport and Contracting Company Plc (MTCC) invites to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for “Supply and Delivery of Electric Cars, Charging Stations, and Maintenance Solutions on a Turnkey Basis” from qualified parties for the tender.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Supply Electric Vehicles & Charging Solutions
• Delivery & Transportation
  • Delivery should be arranged within 3 months from the date of order confirmation
  • Installation & Commissioning
  • Training & Documentation
  • After-Sales Support
  • Dealership Agreement – Enter into a dealership agreement with MTCC, ensuring supply commitments and service obligations.

Eligibility of EOI

The applicant(s) should meet the minimum requirements below.

• Supplier must be the manufacturer or must have manufacturing control of the vehicles that are being proposed.
• Supplier must provide a warranty of minimum 3 years.
• Supplier must deliver the first batch of vehicles and charging stations by July 31^st, 2025.

Documents to be submitted with EOI.

The following documents should be submitted for the EOI to be responsive for invitation to the bid

1. Expression of Interest letter/mail
2. Company Profile
3. Proof of documentation stating that the party is the manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
4. Confirmation of the warranty period and delivery of the first batch of vehicles and charging stations by July 31^st, 2025.
