Announcement: 2025-2026 Dream Together Master Program Scholarship

The Maldives Olympic Committee (MOC) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Dream Together Master Program, offered by Seoul National University (SNU) with full scholarship support from the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC).

About the Program
The Dream Together Master Program is a globally recognized graduate initiative aimed at fostering future leaders in sport management. The program provides participants with world-class education, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to drive sport development at national and international levels. The program is fully funded by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO) in cooperation with the Korean Olympic Committee (KOC).

Program Duration
August 2025 – June 2027. The program consists of 17 months of study in South Korea, followed by 6 months of thesis research in the participant’s home country.

Scholarship Coverage
Selected candidates will receive full financial support, covering:
• Tuition fees
• Living expenses
• Round-trip airfare
• Health insurance
• Sports field trips and cultural experiences


Eligibility Criteria
• Must be a former or current sport administrator or athlete.
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• Must possess a strong command of spoken and written English (all courses are conducted in English).
• Must demonstrate potential and passion for sport management.
• Preferred: Applicants from countries listed under ODA-recipient nations by the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) with a recommendation from government sport organizations or National Olympic Committees.

• Personal Statement and Study Plan
• Two Letters of Recommendation
• Official Undergraduate Transcript (English)
• Notarized Certificate of a Bachelor’s Degree (English)
• Copy of Applicant’s Passport
• Proof of English Proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, TEPS, or other supporting documents)
• Curriculum Vitae
• Certificate of Employment (if applicable)
