Allowances |
Assess the status of women economic participation in the Maldives identifying the key barriers and opportunities. Review existing programs and initiatives on women’s economic empowerment and provide actionable recommendations for further improvement. Implementing the revised economic empowerment programs and initiatives to improve effectiveness and impact Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, private sector actors, and civil society organizations, to identify gaps and foster collaboration for program success. Facilitate access to financial support mechanisms, including microfinance and business development services, for women entrepreneurs and small business owners. Design and facilitate capacity-building workshops and training programs on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business management for women entrepreneurs and women-led businesses. Develop a monitoring and evaluation framework to assess the impact of economic empowerment initiatives and propose policy recommendations to strengthen legal and institutional support for women's economic participation Identify the challenges in program implementation and propose practical solutions. Prepare a final report with key findings, recommendations, and an implementation roadmap.

Responsibilities |
1. Masters in areas of Business / Industries or Related Field 2. At least 5 – 7 years of experience in economic empowerment, socio economic development programs or in a related field 3. Strong expertise in entrepreneurship development, financial inclusion and capacity building 4. Experience in program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessment. 5. Excellent project management, monitoring, and reporting skills. 6. Excellent analytical, report-writing, and facilitation skills. 7. Strong understanding of the social and cultural context of the Maldives. 8. Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and tasks efficiently

Job Deadline |
