REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS - CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) CONSULTANT
The Pension Office is seeking to hire a CRM Consultant for a period of 6 (six) months, to identify gaps in its current Client Service Delivery System, recommend improvements, and assist in implementing a new service model that will enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall client satisfaction.
