Maldives Hajj Corporation Limited (MHCL) is seeking to identify qualified vendors for the supply, installation, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at MHCL. We invite registered businesses with relevant experience and expertise to submit their expressions of interest.

Required Documents for EOI Submission:

Interested vendors must submit the following documents:

• EOI Cover Letter
• Company Profile
• Contact details of the designated representative, including name, designation, contact number, and official email
• Certification or Letter confirming status as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner
• Proof of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including details of past projects and reference letter
• MHCL reserves the right to request additional documents or clarifications as necessary

Submission Guidelines

• The EOI must be signed by an authorized representative of the vendor
• Submit the EOI via email to [email protected] with the subject: “EOI – Installation and Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.”
• The EOI document set must be compiled into a single PDF file
• Submission deadline: 24^th February 2025, 16:00 hours
• Late submissions will not be accepted
