The Secretariat of HA. Hoarafushi Council (the “Council”), representing the Government of Maldives, hereby announces Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) for the Lease, Development and Operation of Tourist Guesthouses in HA. Hoarafushi Tourism Zone (the “Project”). For this Project the Council have allocated Six Lands (as per the Annex 1) under the Council’s jurisdiction from locations as per the Land Use Plan.

Total of 06 (Six) guesthouses are to be developed under this Project.

Interested parties may register and purchase Bid Document to join for a virtual information session before 13^th March 2025, 1100 hrs.
