Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) for the Lease, Development, Operation and Management of Tourist Hotels
ANNOUNCEMENT
The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Secretariat of the Nolhivaranfaru Council invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop and manage Tourist Hotels on the Plots of Lands in Nolhivaranfaru, Haa Dhaalu Atoll provided below:

Hence, interested parties may attend the information session that will be held virtually via ZOOM at 1100 HRS on 24th February 2025 (Monday) and submit proposals at 1000 HRS on 08th April 2025 (Tuesday).
To join the information session, kindly send an email along with your name, email address and phone number to [email protected] before 1200 HRS on 23rd February 2025 (Sunday).
The application form to purchase the Bid Document is attached with the invitation for bids. The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 27th February 2025 till 06th April 2025. (With the exception of government holidays), between 0900 HRS – 1300 HRS, from the Secretariat of the Nolhivaranfaru Council reception, or via email.
