Request for Proposal (RFP) for Supply, Configuration, and Implementation of Microsoft Licenses, Antivirus, VMware, Veeam Backup, and Related IT Infrastructure License Renewal/Upgrades

Fenaka Corporation Limited request for proposals for Supply, Configuration, and Implementation of Microsoft Licenses, Antivirus, VMware, Veeam Backup, and Related IT Infrastructure License Renewal/Upgrades with the Existing IT Infrastructure as per Information Sheet.

All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of USD 5,000.00 (Five Thousand US Dollars) or its equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

• Bid security should be:

- Original bank guarantee letter (or)

- Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)

- An insurance policy from an insurance company registered at Maldives Monetary Authority.

• Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
• Bid security should be valid for 20 (twenty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
• The bid should be valid for a period of 60 (Sixty) days from the date of bid opening.

A confirmation email shall be sent upon registration to the respective email. Bids shall be opened on 18^th February 2025 at 11:00hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.
