The Secretariat of Rathafandhoo Council (“hereinafter referred to as the “Council”) invites eligible investors (local or foreign) to register their interest within 10 (ten) days by submitting a letter to express their interest in design, development, operation, and Management of Tourism Facility (City Hotel), Poultry and Agricultural farmland in Gdh. Rathafandhoo Tourism and Agricultural Land Zone (hereinafter referred to as the “Land Plot”).

2. Land Plot in Kerehdhuvaa Island – 49,661.00 SQM for Agriculture
3. Land in Dhonigilla Island – 27,674.00 SQM for Poultry and Agriculture Farm

Details of the individual or company include Company profile, Bank statements, Registry copy, title/position, Physical address, Email address, and Telephone number.

1. The requesting individual or company must accept to pay the lease acquisition cost (LAC).

Date of Closure for Receipt of Expression of Interest:

1. The Closure date for EOI submission is 08^th February 2025, at 1300 hours.

Information session for interested EOI Parties

Hence, interested parties may attend an online information session organized by the Secretariat of Rathafandhoo Council, South Huvadhoo Atoll, Republic of Maldives, on 17^th February 2025, at 10:30 hours.

Evaluation Process

Upon receipt of the expression of interest, a preliminary evaluation based on the background and capacity of the parties will be conducted by the Secretariat of Rathafandhoo Council. The Secretariat of Rathafandhoo Council will decide to proceed with the design, development, operation, and management of the Tourism facility, Agricultural, and Poultry farmland. with the nominated EOI proponents, the opportunity to submit the proposal (Bid Applications) shall be issued.

The Bid Documents can be obtained from the Secretariat of Rathafandhoo Council. Bid documents will be available to purchase from 17- 27^th February 2025, at 09:30:1300 hours.
