JOB VACANCY
Maldives Tourism Development Corporation Plc. (MTDC) invites enthusiastic and energetic Maldivian’s willing to work for the following job position.
POST: Operations & Monitoring Officer
WORK SITE: MTDC Head Office, Male’
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative and logistical support services for the Operations & Monitoring Department.
- Conduct regular site visits to MTDC resort development project sites to monitor project progress to ensure that projects are executed according to the planned schedule.
- Perform routine inspections and monitoring tasks at MTDC resorts and subleased islands.
- Prepare detailed reports of project site inspections and project progress updates.
- Track and report on the achievement of project objectives.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Dhivehi.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and planning abilities.
- Self-motivated team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor combined with a friendly disposition.
REMUNERATION: Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
