Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers .
• Oversee kitchen operations and set up buffets
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work area

Required Qualifications

• Completed Grade 7

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook
• Understanding of menu and recipes
