Salary

• Teach appropriate fundamental Volleyball skills
• Emphasizing on values, fun, skill development, fair play, teamwork and sportsmanship
• Be punctual and conduct programs with professionalism and discipline
• Conduct skills and technique assessment every 3 months
• Provide a safe learning environment for training or games before every session
• Coaches are required to dedicate a minimum of 18 hours per week to coaching activities
• Conduct minimum 3 sessions per group every week.
• Develop individualized training plans tailored to the needs and abilities of each player to support their growth and development
