1. The Government of the Republic of Maldives through the Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources (MoFOR) is implementing Transforming Fisheries Sector Management in South-West Indian Ocean Region and Maldives Project financed by the World Bank and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract to “Hosting Indian Ocean Skipjack Tuna Meeting to be held in February 2025, MALDIVES”
2. The announcement no. (IUL)30-TFSM/30/2024/200, published on 22nd December 2024, was cancelled due to no responsive bids received and new invitation is open for interested vendors.
3. Interested parties may obtain further information regarding the Request for Quotation by emailing to [email protected] before 05th January 2025, 12:00 Hours.
4. Interested parties shall submit the quotations on or before 07th January 2025, 11:00 Hours. Eligible suppliers may submit the quotations electronically by emailing to [email protected]. Late quotations will be rejected.
5. The procurement will be conducted as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
