Eligibility Criteria

Interested and competent contractors wishing to carry out the above project must submit the following documents with the Expression of Interest.

Mandatory Documents:

• Copy of Company Registration Certificate
• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
• GST Registration Certificate
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission)
• Bill of Material and Requirements (as per the RFP without any modifications, alterations, or suggestions)
• Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter / Certificate

• Bidder or proposer must be an Authorized Partner or Distributor for AXIS products and services. The bidder that does not manufacture or produce the Goods it offers to supply shall submit the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (MAL) to demonstrate that it has been duly authorized by the manufacturer or producer of the Goods/Services to provide these Goods/Services in the Maldives. MAL must be referred to the project reference number.
