Eligibility Criteria

Interested and competent contractors wishing to carry out the above project must submit the following documents with the Expression of Interest.

Mandatory Documents:

• Copy of Company Registration Certificate
• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
• Copy of National Identification Card / Passport of Certified Engineers
• GST Registration Certificate
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission)
• Bill of Material and Requirements (as per the RFP without any modifications, alterations, or suggestions)
• Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter / Certificate
• Experience References
  • Three (3) HPE MSA Projects
• Installation Team / Engineer(s) Vendor Certified following Certificates required.
  • HPE Storage Solution V2 Certified
  • HPE MSA Storage Certified
• Payment Terms

To be registered in the tendering process, interested bidders must attend the information session as per the tender schedule, Hence only the participants who attend pre-bid/information session will be eligible to attend the bid submission and submit the bid proposal.
